Directory committee - to produce a directory of stage managers that will be accessible to industry organizations and individuals who hire stage managers.

	Determine format of directory (including print, CD, web site or some combination)
	Set up means of collecting data from members
	Input and format data, as necessary
	Arrange for a "publisher", depending on the format(s) chosen
	Establish list of recipients of the finished product, and method of distribution
	Distribute the directory
	Update information (distribution list, member data) periodically
