 | Create a list of potential candidates by the constitutional deadline set for the annual announcement of elections

| Contact everyone on the list to determine interest in running for office |
| Submit the final list to the Board for inclusion in the mailing of ballots |
| Participate in counting the ballots and announcing the winners at the Annual Membership Meeting, at the end of the season |
| Notify the membership of the election results via e-mail and/or letter within one week of the Annual Membership Meeting. |
