Stage Managers Directory

The 12th edition (2003) of The Stage Managers Directory is the first online version.  The print edition has been published and distributed to over 500 industry professionals.

The 8th through 11th (1992 through 1996) printed editions were published by the Stage Managers' Association (SMA), and the previous seven editions by  Broadway Press.  The directory began as an idea of the SMA to provide a central source of information to employers looking for stage managers and as a reference tool for stage managers themselves.

Access to the online version of the directory is available to producers, artistic directors, general and production managers throughout the world, and to the public.  SMA members can maintain their entries online, providing up-to-date information.

The online version uses a database which supports searching by type of contract, experience in different venues, language ability, and geographic regions, to retrieve entries from the Directory database via the website.
In addition, the online version may include a full resume for the SMA member.  Click on the search icon above for the search form.

The print version of The Stage Managers Directory  is no longer available.
