The 34th Annual BC/EFA Broadway Flea Market will be held on Sunday, September 22nd from 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. at Shubert Alley on West 44th St, NYC.
Last year’s event raised a record of $906,825 and our table helped by raising $1,756.
There are two ways to support BC/EFA
- Donate memorabilia/SM related items
- Donate your time at the SMA table
How to Donate Time:
We need people to cover the following shifts as well as have one person be our main point of contact for the full day.
8:30 am – 12:30 pm – Set up
11:30 am – 3:30 pm
3:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Tear down

- Your Phone Number
- Your t-shirt size
- Time (s) you are available
She will then schedule you and email you back with your time slot(s) and your point of contact for the day.
How to Donate memorabilia:
We need show biz memorabilia including: posters, t-shirts, recordings, show jackets, CDs, theatrical books (please no other topics), Playbills, theatre magazines, even props or a costume piece. If you are currently stage managing a show please get your cast to donate a signed program, poster, or other swag!
Items can be brought to the table on the morning of the flea market, between 8:30 am – 9:00 am.
